The Northeast Acquirers Association’s annual conference will be held March 29-30 at the Westin Boston Seaport District Hotel, and the NEAA predicts that the 2023 event will be its biggest to date.
The NEAA, founded in 1985, hosts the longest-running regional conference in the payments industry, creating an educational forum on industry issues, trends, and topics. It’s also a cost-effective opportunity for independent sales organizations, merchant service providers, and others to meet with payment technology innovators.
What’s on the NEAA agenda?
The 2023 NEAA conference agenda includes a variety of opportunities to learn more about the industry. Wednesday, March 29, begins with breakout sessions presented by the event’s Diamond Sponsors. After lunch, NEAA conference attendees are invited to an ISO “Sound Off,” outlining the issues facing ISOs and an audience Q&A. Following that session is Catapult 2023, an annual competition in which companies present their new offerings to a panel of judges.
Following a cocktail reception on Wednesday and again on Thursday morning, March 30, NEAA conference attendees are invited to visit with exhibitors and sponsors in the exhibit hall. See the exhibit floor plan and exhibitor list for details.
Thursday afternoon is packed with additional educational opportunities, with presentations on current and proposed regulations, a Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) update, and perspectives on cryptocurrency, surcharging, buy now, pay later (BNPL), and the metaverse.
The event also includes ample networking opportunities, including an after-party sponsored by American Express on Thursday night.
