The Southeast Acquirers Association (SEAA) is welcoming hundreds of attendees at the oceanfront Diplomat Beach Resort, June 12-14, in Hollywood, Florida, for its annual conference. The SEAA has been hosting these events to promote education and provide networking opportunities since 2001.
SEAA 2023 agenda: What to expect.
SEAA attendees will once again find an agenda giving them the chance to learn, grow, and dive into new areas of opportunity.
After this year’s event kicks off on Sunday with a cocktail hour and open-bar reception, Monday’s half-day schedule starts by exploring the journey of a typical ISO agent. A series of tech demos aims to educate visitors about solutions ranging from QR code point of sale options to cutting-edge CRM platforms. Attendees are welcome to check out the exhibitor hall and mingle with solution providers before heading to another cocktail mixer and ending the night with a poolside party.
Tuesday keeps the momentum going, with television personality and author Mark L. Walberg offering a keynote speech on “The Power of Connection.” After lunch, breakout sessions give visitors the chance to jump feet first into specialized topics, including a future of payments talk looking at self-checkout and RFID technologies. Attendees can also hear from experts on making the leap from ISO to VAR, gain up-to-the-moment insights on the transformation in digital payments, and find out the different ways to sign up new partners and new people. Additional topics of interest include tips for selling smart POS solutions, as well as a panel discussion investigating all things related to embedded banking.
Visitors can wrap up SEAA 2023 by discussing their conference takeaways, socializing, and swapping stories with friends new and old during another evening that starts with happy hour and continues with a closing reception and the “That’s a Wrap!” event.
